PACIFIC RIM - Inspired by the Japanese influence on Peruvian cuisine for The Pisco People - Mosto verde quebranta pisco, umeshu, fresh pink grapefruit, falernum, pink peppercorns

CHERRY LEE LEWIS - For Waterslide Bar - Spice-infused dark rum, cherry & coconut syrup, lemon, soda

LA ROCHERE - For The Black Pearl - Citrus vodka, chestnut liqueur, lemon, vanilla syrup, truffle-infused honey water, egg white, candied walnuts

HARMONIC - For Bulleit Bourbon - Bulleit Bourbon, lemon, demerara sugar syrup, fresh strawberries, egg white, Victorian shiraz, Tasmanian blackwood shavings
